Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of coal mine automation/electronic control drilling rigs, and relates to a drilling sticking risk assessment and drilling parameter adjustment control method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring rotary driving force and propulsion speed in real time; S2, solving a driving transverse wave and driving longitudinal wave according to the rotary driving force; S3, solving a transverse wave factor according to the driving transverse wave, solving a longitudinal wave factor according to the driving longitudinal wave, solving a rotary driving factor according to the rotary driving force, and solving a propulsion speed factor according to the propulsion speed; S4, determining whether all of the four factors are less than or equal to 1; and according to the determination result, selecting to reduce the propulsion speed or to stop and issue an alarm, or selecting to maintain the existing propulsion speed for drilling or to increase the propulsion speed. According to the present invention, the influence of a change in the working conditions or an abnormal mutation of a particular parameter on the accuracy of determination can be reduced, and a reduction in drilling efficiency due to drilling sticking prevention can be prevented, so that a drilling rig continuously maintains a high drilling efficiency allowed by the working conditions, and the adjustment accuracy is high.
