Abstract:
The presents invention relates to a drink composition for hangover relief, containing cucumber vinegar, wherein the drink composition comprises 100 parts by weight of purified water, 2-15 parts by weight of cucumber vinegar, 0.5-5 parts by weight of a Hovenia dulcis thunb extract concentrate, and 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of a Curcuma aromatica Salisbury extract concentrate. When drinking the drink composition for hangover relief containing cucumber vinegar prepared by the method, the activity of ADH and ALDH increases in the body consuming alcohol and the concentration of alcohol and the blood concentration of acetaldehyde is reduced.Therefore, it is possible to provide a drink which promotes the metabolism of alcohol and acetaldehyde, which are the causes of hangovers to promote the decomposition of alcohol in the body, thereby relieving hangovers and reducing alcoholic liver disease. In addition, it is possible to provide a functional food capable of sufficiently providing the needs of a consumer by further mixing one or more materials selected from high fructose corn syrup, a concentrated pear solution, citric acid, orange fragrance, vitamin Bt, caramel BA, honey fragrance, a royal jelly extract, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and menthol to the drink composition for hangover relief, containing cucumber vinegar to reinforce the function of the main material and to enhance taste, fragrance and color.
