A drive substrate, a drive method therefor and a liquid crystal display. The drive substrate (1) comprises a substrate (17), drive electrodes (11; 12; 13) and a control chip (50). A frame of image is at least decomposed into a first color image, a second color image and a third color image, and the time of one frame at least comprises a first time frame, a second time frame, and a third time frame. The control chip (50) is configured to: apply a first set of data voltages to each drive electrode for the first time frame, and control the corresponding pixels to be equivalent to a liquid crystal lens having a first curvature; apply a second set of data voltages to each drive electrode for the second time frame, and control the corresponding pixels to be equivalent to a liquid crystal lens having a second curvature; and apply a third set of data voltages to each drive electrode for the third time frame, and control the corresponding pixels to be equivalent to a liquid crystal lens having a third curvature.
