Abstract:
Provided is a driving authorization management technology that is able to appropriately set a driving authorization for manual driving by a user in a vehicle that is able to switch between manual driving and automatic driving. A driving authorization management server 200 is provided with: a reception unit for receiving driving-related information from a user terminal or a user vehicle that is able to switch between manual driving and automatic driving; an analysis unit for carrying out an analysis for evaluating the driving on the basis of the received driving-related information; an authorization setting unit for setting a driving authorization for manual driving by the user, on the basis of the result of the analysis of the driving-related information; and a reporting unit for reporting the driving authorization that has been set to the vehicle or the user terminal.
