Abstract:

An output end 123 of a driving circuit 12 is connected to a gate terminal of a switching element 1 via a capacitor 11 and a resistor 13 that are connected in parallel. A source terminal of the switching element 1 is connected to the driving circuit 12 via a capacitor 14. Regarding a diode 15 and a resistor 16 that are connected in series, the cathode terminal side of the diode 15 is connected between: the capacitor 11 and the resistor 13; and the gate terminal, and the anode terminal side of the diode 15 is connected between the source terminal and the capacitor 14 via the resistor 16.
