Abstract:
Provided are: a driving information recording device that is capable of recording driving information including flag information enabling identification as to whether or not automatic driving control is currently carried out, and, as driving information relating to steering, steering angle and steering torque; and an electric power steering apparatus provide with the driving information recording device. A driving information recording device (2) is provided with: a storage device (26); a camera (27); an impact detection sensor (28); a display (29); and a driving information recording control unit (33), wherein the driving information recording control unit (33) causes the storage device (26) to record driving information (ID) in which information including inputted steering torque (Ts), vehicle speed (Vs), input shaft rotational angle (θis), output shaft rotational angle (θos), motor rotational angle (θm), first current command value (Ireft), second current command value (Irefm), steering angle (θs), steering angle command value (θs*), and mode flag (Md), is associated with inputted image data (Mv).
