Abstract:
A driving method for a display panel (210) and a display device. The driving method comprises: dividing pixels into multiple pairs of pixel groups, each pair of pixel groups comprising an adjacent first pixel group and a second pixel group, and the first pixel group and the second pixel group respectively comprising a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel, and a third sub-pixel (S110); obtaining unequal first voltage signal and second voltage signal corresponding to each sub-pixel by looking up a table according to an image input signal, so that the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal alternatively drive a front viewing angle mixed brightness of the sub-pixel, equivalent to the image input signal driving the front viewing angle brightness of the sub-pixel, wherein the image input signal comprises a first image and a second image of adjacent timing sequences (S120); in the first image, driving the first sub-pixels of the first pixel group and the second pixel group by using the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal of the first sub-pixel in the first pixel group; driving the second sub-pixels of the first pixel group and the second pixel group by using the second voltage signal and the first voltage signal of the second sub-pixel in the second pixel group (S130); in the second image, driving the first sub-pixels of the first pixel group and the second pixel group by using the second voltage signal and the first voltage signal of the first sub-pixel in the second pixel group; driving the second sub-pixels of the first pixel group and the second pixel group by using the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal of the second sub-pixel in the first pixel group (S140).
