Abstract:
Provided is a driving permissibility determination device (10, 110) that determines whether or not a driver can drive an apparatus (1), said driving permissibility determination device (10, 110) comprising a transmission device (23) that is provided to a terminal (20A, 120A) which can be carried by the driver, and a reception device (26) that is mounted on the apparatus (1) and that receives information transmitted from the transmission device (23), wherein: the terminal (20A, 120A) is provided with a sensor (21) that measures movement of the body of the driver carrying the terminal (20A, 120A) and a storage device (22) that stores data measured by the sensor (21); and the permissibility of driving the apparatus (1) is determined on the basis of the data measured by the sensor (21).
