Abstract:
A drug assembly containing formoterol fumarate inhalation solution and a use thereof. The drug assembly comprise: (a) formoterol fumarate inhalation solution; and (b) a vibrating mesh nebulizer used in conjunction with the formoterol fumarate inhalation solution. The nebulization power of the vibrating mesh nebulizer is reduced from 10 watts to 0 watts in a stepwise decreasing manner; the droplet size of formoterol fumarate inhalation solution is: D10 is 0.5-1.5 μm, D50 is 2.5-4.5 μm, and D90 is 6.0-12.0 μm; the mass percentage of particles having an aerodynamic particle size of less than 5.39 μm in the formoterol fumarate inhalation solution is not less than 30%.
