Abstract:

Disclosed in the present application are an information transmission method and apparatus, a terminal, a network device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal receives downlink control information (DCI) on a first carrier, wherein the DCI carries first information, and does not bear information for resource allocation; the first information comprises at least second information; the second information indicates carrier information of at least one carrier of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) to be tested.
