A dual-camera switching apparatus, a switching method, and a microscope system (1000). The switching apparatus comprises a mounting plate (100), a camera module, a mobile module, and an optical path switching module; the camera module comprises, arranged on the mounting plate (100), a color camera (210) and a monochrome camera (220); the mobile module comprises a mobile platform (310) and a driving mechanism (320) configured to drive the mobile platform (310); the optical path switching module is arranged on the mobile platform (310); the driving mechanism (320) drives the mobile platform (310) to move to a first position or a second position; a light reflecting portion of the optical path switching module is configured to, at the first position, reflect input light to the color camera (210), and is configured to, at the second position, reflect the input light to the monochrome camera (220). A microscope (1100) has functions of both high-quality brightfield imaging and fluorescence imaging, and the dual-camera switching has controllable speed and is stable and smooth, thus ensuring that optical imaging is always clear.
