Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide hot forming in which there is no risk of cracking and in which usage is possible with a satisfactory flexural performance. The present invention has: an unwinding and blanking device provided with a blanking means for cutting steel that has been unwound in order to create a blank; a roller furnace or a chamber furnace having an electric or inductive heating means for heating the blank and creating a mutual diffusion layer between steel and a coating; a molding and quenching machine provided with an electric or inductive means for heating the blank again and a pressing means including a cooling tool for pressing and molding the blank, and rapidly cooling the blank; a trimming machine provided with a cutting means for cutting the blank and producing a molded blank; and robots or transportation machines for transporting the blank, the robots or the transportation machines being disposed between the unwinding and blanking device and the roller furnace or the chamber furnace, between the roller furnace or the chamber furnace and the molding and quenching machine, and between the molding and quenching machine and the trimming machine.
