Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dual-lead worm decelerator capable of finely controlling back-lash. The dual-lead worm decelerator comprises a dual-lead worm shaft (10), a dual-lead worm wheel (11), a shim plate housing (12), and shim plates (15), wherein the shim plates (15) are inserted into the shim plate housing (12) such that the shim plates (15) overlap each other, and one of the shim plates (15) is removed to enable the dual-lead worm shaft (10) coupled to the shim plate housing (12) to move in a straight-line manner such that abnormal backlash can be adjusted to normal backlash. In addition, when a fine adjustment is performed, in which a fine-adjustment housing rotates while adjusting the abnormal backlash to the scale marked on a bolt tube housing, the dual-lead worm shaft (10) rotates and moves in a straight-line manner to maintain normal backlash. The lifespan of the dual-lead worm decelerator is lengthened and stable power transmission can be performed by means of the fine adjustment using the shim plate or the scale as described above.
