Abstract:
A dual-refrigeration battery box, comprising an outer box body (1) and an inner box body (11) made of a thermally conductive material. The inner box body (11) is placed in the outer box body (1); batteries (17) are placed in the inner box body (11); a partition plate (18) is placed between every two adjacent batteries (17); an inner chamber of the inner box body (11) is communicated with an oil storage tank (15) by means of an oil inlet pipe (13) and an oil return pipe (14); an oil pump (16) is provided on the oil inlet pipe (13); a heat dissipation hole (3) is provided at the bottom of the outer box body (1); outer heat dissipation grooves (2) are provided at the bottom of the inner chamber; the outer heat dissipation grooves (2) are communicated with a refrigerating mechanism (5) by means of a pipeline (4); a branch (6) is connected to the pipeline (4) in parallel; the branch (6) is sequentially provided with a fan (7), an energy storage tank (8), and a stop valve (9); a controller of the stop valve (9) is connected to a charging circuit of the battery (17). When the battery is discharged, a part of cold air generated by the refrigerating mechanism is stored in the energy storage tank, and when the battery is charged, is blown into the box body to realize rapid refrigeration; the refrigerating mechanism operates at a stable power, and the charging time of the battery is not prolonged.
