Abstract:
A dual-side automatic grinding apparatus and a grinding method therefor. The grinding apparatus comprises: a standing frame (1), a bearing plate (2) fixed on the standing frame (1), a lower grinding mechanism (3) arranged at a bottom part of the standing frame (1), an upper grinding mechanism (5) mounted on the lower surface of the bearing plate (2) by means of a raising/lowering apparatus (4) and positioned directly above the lower grinding mechanism (3), a raising/lowering mechanism (6) arranged at an inner part of the standing frame (1) and positioned at one side of the lower grinding mechanism (3), a rotating mechanism (7) mounted at a top part of the raising/lowering mechanism (6), and an engagement mechanism arranged at an end of the rotating mechanism (7); the present apparatus can perform both single-side and dual-side grinding, and a mount fixture for a grind workpiece has been improved, facilitating mounting and removal while not influencing a grind effect.
