Abstract:
Provided is a dynamo-electric machine which is suitable for a reduction in space and which is lightweight. This dynamo-electric machine (50) is provided with: a rotor (4); a stator (8) having a core (5a) annularly disposed facing the outer peripheral surface of the rotor (4), the stator (8) also having a coil (7) wound on the core (5a) and having a coil end (7a) formed on an axial end surface of the core (5a) so as to protrude therefrom, the stator (8) further having an insulator (6) which is formed on the axial end surface of the core (5a) and which provides insulation between the core (5a) and the coil (7); a busbar (13) disposed on the outer peripheral side of the coil end (7a) of the stator (8); and a terminal base (12) disposed on the outer peripheral side of the busbar (13) and used to conduct to the stator (8) an electric current supplied from an external electric power source. The insulator (6) has a groove (17) in which the busbar (13) is held, and a terminal base containing section (19) in which the terminal base (12) is held.
