Abstract:

The invention relates to an easy installation brake mechanism. The brake mechanism comprises a first connecting piece, a mounting base and a second connecting piece. The mounting base is provided with an inner ring wall. The second connecting piece is limited in the inner ring wall. Part of the first connecting piece can pass through the inner ring wall and be fixedly connected to the second connecting piece, so as to form a whole and be installed in a box body. The mounting base and the box body are kept stationary. The first connecting piece and the second connecting piece synchronously rotate relative to the mounting base. The invention further relates to a lifting column, comprising an inner pipe assembly, a middle pipe assembly, an outer pipe assembly and a driving pipe. One end of the inner pipe assembly is connected to a box body. A driving motor and a transmission mechanism are provided inside the box body. The braking mechanism is arranged on the box body. The transmission mechanism is connected to the first connecting piece. The driving pipe is matched with the second connecting piece. The present solution solves a problem of shaking during lifting caused by inconsistent damping of two or more lifting legs in operation, a motor efficiency problem, a brake structure detection problem and a rapid assembly problem.
