Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of exhaust gas recirculation systems, and in particular to an EGR (Exhaust Gas Re-circulation) valve, comprising a housing (10), and an electric motor (30) and an output gear assembly (20) that are arranged inside the housing (10). The output gear assembly (20) comprises an output gear (21), an output shaft (22) and an output end bearing (23), wherein the output gear (21) is in transmission connection with the electric motor (30); the output gear (21) is arranged on the output shaft (22) in a sleeving manner; and an output end of the output shaft (22) is arranged in the output end bearing (23) in a penetrating manner. The output gear assembly (20) further comprises a supporting member (24) and an input end bearing (25), wherein the supporting member (24) is fixed inside the housing (10), the input end bearing (25) is arranged on the supporting member (24), and an input end of the output shaft (22) is arranged in the input end bearing (25) in a penetrating manner. The output shaft (22) in the EGR valve is stable, such that deflection of the output shaft (22) can be avoided and the output gear (21) is thus stable; meshing transmission between the output gear (21) and other gears can be prevented from being affected; and the conditions of premature wear, or even tooth breakage, etc., of the gear can be avoided.
