Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an elastase inhibitor and the use thereof in disease treatment, which belongs to the field of medicines. Specifically, disclosed are a compound of formula (I), a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound of formula (I) and the use thereof in disease treatment. The compound of formula (I) in the present invention has an inhibitory effect on elastase, which can be used for treating or preventing diseases resulting from the effect of elastase, including systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) with acute lung injury (ALI)/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).
