Abstract:
The present invention relates of an elastic and flexible electronic element and a method for producing same. More specifically, the present invention relates of an elastic and flexible electronic element and a method for producing same, the elastic and flexible electronic element comprising: an elastic substrate; a polymer layer patterned with a first pattern and adjacent to the elastic substrate; an electronic element adjacent to the patterned polymer layer; and a polymer layer patterned with a second pattern and adjacent to a memory element, wherein a first electrode and a second electrode of the memory element, which are adjacent to the polymer layer patterned with the first pattern and the polymer layer patterned with the second pattern, are each patterned.
