Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition and an electric wire comprising same, the resin composition having enhanced extrusion processability without the flame retardant property being reduced, thus being appropriate for the manufacturing of particularly electric wires, etc., and comprising: a matrix resin containing 20% to 35% by weight of a polyarylene ether resin, 20% to 35% by weight of a vinyl aromatic-based resin, and 5% to 20% by weight of an olefin-based resin; 1% to 10% by weight of a room-temperature, liquid-phase flame retardant; and 8% to 20% by weight of a secondary flame retardant.
