Abstract:
A lightweight elastic mesh structure exhibiting durability and cushion properties suitable for furniture, bedding such as a bed, seat for vehicle, seat for vessel, and the like, excellent in chemical resistance and light fastness, exhibiting soft resilience, and excellent in cushion properties at low temperature. Random loops are formed by winding a continuous wire of 300 decitex or above, respective loops are brought into contact under fused state, and the majority of contact part is fusion-bonded to produce a three-dimensional random loop bonded structure, which is an elastic mesh structure wherein the continuous wire principally comprises low density polyethylene resin having specific gravity of 0.94 g/cm3 or less.
