Abstract:
In a first IDT electrode, a first electrode finger (6), which is the electrode finger nearest to a second IDT electrode from among a group of electrode fingers, includes a high-width part (62) having a greater width in a second direction (D2) than a center part (60) of the first electrode finger (6) with respect to a first direction (D1), where the first IDT electrode is one of two IDT electrodes (3) adjacent in a second direction (D2), from among a plurality of IDT electrodes (3) with which ESD resistance is improved while impediment to a piston mode is suppressed, and the second IDT electrode is the other of the two IDT electrodes (3). In the first IDT electrode, with regard to the first electrode finger (6) nearest to the second IDT electrode, a first distance (L1), which is the maximum distance in the second direction (D2) between a center line (6X) of the center part (60) along the first direction (D1) and a second-IDT-electrode-side outer edge (621) of the high-width part (62), is less than a second distance (L2), which is the maximum distance in the second direction (D2) between the center line (6X) of the center part (60) and an outer edge (622) of the high-width part (62) that is on the opposite side from the second IDT electrode.
