Abstract:
An elasticizing device for DTY light ultra-soft flat yarn, comprising a frame (1), and a false twisting mechanism (2), a feeding mechanism (3), an discharging mechanism (4) and a measuring mechanism (5) are mounted on the front surface of the frame. The feeding mechanism is provided on the left side of the frame, the discharging mechanism is provided on the right side of the frame, the false twisting mechanism is provided between the feeding mechanism and the discharging mechanism, and the measuring mechanism is provided above the discharging mechanism. The measuring mechanism comprises a measuring post (501), the measuring post is an I-shape, the top end and bottom end of the front surface of the measuring post are fixedly connected to wire blocks (502), and an annular recess is cut at the bottom end of the middle portion of the measuring post, and a spiral ring (503) is sleeved therein. In the texturing device, by providing a measuring mechanism, the elasticity of twisted yarn is automatically measured during a twisting machining process, which firstly has the advantage of not needing to stop for measuring, and the twisted yarn can also be continuously measured during the machining process and a signal is automatically fed back to a system, thus increasing measuring and processing efficiency and the twisting machining effect.
