Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of packaging containers. Disclosed are a quantitative compartment tooth assembly and a quantitative material taking mechanism. The quantitative compartment tooth assembly comprises a fixing portion and a plurality of quantitative compartment clamping teeth located inside the fixing portion, the quantitative compartment clamping teeth protruding from an inner wall of the fixing portion, and the quantitative compartment clamping teeth being elastic members. The quantitative material taking mechanism comprises a housing and distribution portions; each distribution portion comprises a separator assembly connected to an inner wall of the housing, and the separator assembly divides an inner cavity of the housing into several sector-shaped quantitative compartments with equal volumes in a circumferential direction. The quantitative material taking mechanism further comprises a first material separating plate and a second material separating plate which are respectively arranged at two sides of the quantitative compartments; the first material separating plate is provided with a first material passing opening, the second material separating plate is provided with a second material passing opening, the second material passing opening and the first material passing opening do not coincide in the axial direction of the housing, the first material separating plate is fixedly connected to the second material separating plate, and the quantitative compartment tooth assembly is arranged between the distribution portions. By means of the quantitative compartment tooth assembly, every time the first material separating plate rotates once, the first material passing opening coincides with one quantitative compartment, thereby achieving accurate control.
