Abstract:

The elastomer glove is a glove formed of an elastomer obtained from 25-30 weight% of acrylonitrile, 62-71 weight% of butadiene and 4-8 weight% of unsaturated carboxylic acid (100 weight% total) and cross-linked by bonds resulting from at least a portion of the substituting groups of the unsaturated carboxylic acid, with the remainder of the substituting groups of the portion of the substituting groups of the unsaturated carboxylic acid being cross-linked by divalent metals; and is characterized in not containing sulfur cross-linking agent or sulfur compound vulcanization accelerator; the Mooney viscosity (ML(1+4)(100°C)) of the elastomer cross-linked by bonds resulting from at least a portion of the substituting groups of the unsaturated carboxylic acid being 100-220; and for glove properties, the thin-walled elastomer glove not containing sulfur cross-linking agent or sulfur compound vulcanization accelerator, thickness being 0.05-0.15 mm, glove swelling rate during glove molding being 240-320%, tensile stress being 22-35 MPa, elongation at rupture being 480-620%, and tensile stress at 500% elongation being 15-35 MPa.
