Abstract:
Provided are an electric-automobile automatic battery-swapping platform and battery swapping station; the battery swapping platform (1) comprises a battery swapping mechanism (2), a battery-pack transport mechanism (3), and a support positioning mechanism (4). The battery swapping mechanism (2) is used for performing a battery swapping operation, and comprises a tightening gun (22) and a battery transport part (21); the tightening gun (22) has a first position lower than the battery transport part (21) and a second position higher than the battery transport part (21); the battery pack transport mechanism (3) is disposed on at least one end of the battery swapping mechanism (2) in the direction of the vehicle width; the support positioning mechanism (4) is located at the two ends of the battery swapping mechanism (2) in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The battery swapping station comprises a battery swapping platform (1), and a battery pack storage apparatus (5) located on one side or both sides of the battery swapping platform (1) in the direction of the vehicle width. During the process of swapping a battery, it is unnecessary to lift the vehicle and the high-power drive motor otherwise required for lifting the vehicle may be eliminated; it is possible to raise and stack battery packs without requiring a complicated lifting mechanism, and it is possible to to control the overall height of the battery swapping station; the battery swapping process is simple and battery swapping is highly efficient.
