Abstract:
Disclosed are an electric balance vehicle and a pedal assembly (1) thereof. The pedal assembly (1) comprises a trigger member (5) triggered by an external force, and a guide device for guiding the trigger member (5) to move vertically. The pedal assembly (1) further comprises a support plate (4). A baffle plate (3) is provided on the support plate (4). The baffle plate (3) can rotate about the support plate (4). The baffle plate (3) is connected to the trigger member (5) via an actuating arm (6). The baffle plate (3) is connected to a metal elastic component (9). The baffle plate (3) is provided with a notch (31). The pedal assembly (1) further comprises an optocoupler switch (7) cooperating with the baffle plate (3). The pedal assembly (1) actuates the baffle plate (3) having the notch (31) to rotate via the actuating arm (6) so as to control the optocoupler switch (7), thus providing a high adaptability to temperature and avoiding the problem of slow deformation or failure to deform due to the temperature being too low, thereby guaranteeing that the whole electric balance vehicle can also be used at low temperatures and that same is applicable in more places and colder weather. The pedal assembly (1) occupies a smaller space and can be controlled more flexibly. By actuating the rotational movement of the baffle plate (3) via the vertical movement of the trigger member (5), the control effect is better, and the conversion is more convenient.
