Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of mobile phone applications. Provided are a method for cancelling dish recording by speech according to market feedback, and a dish ordering system. The method comprises: recording speech information matching a dish; detecting user's speech when the user orders a dish over a telephone; automatically recording the dish ordered by the user when the user's speech includes the speech information matching the dish; reading a usage condition of the technology by other users by means of cloud data; and when the number of users who disable the technology exceeds a specified threshold value, stopping recording the dish ordered by the user according to speech. In the present invention, by means of pre-setting a matching relationship between a dish and speech, dish information in a user's conversing is automatically identified and is recorded when a user orders a dish over a telephone, thereby simplifying an operation of recording a dish by an order taker, preventing the omission of a dish ordered by the user, improving the dish ordering efficiency, and improving the degree of user satisfaction. Furthermore, when the majority of users stop using the technology, the application of the technology can be terminated.
