Abstract:
A motor holder of this electric blower (10) includes a motor accommodation part (51) and an annular extension part (52) facing a facing wall part (452) of a fan casing (40). In the extension part and the facing wall part, a plurality of attachment parts (452A, 52A) for connecting the motor holder to the fan casing while the motor accommodation part is inserted in a through-hole are formed at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction of the motor accommodation part. The extension part and the facing wall part are provided with: annular protrusion sections (47, 56) protruding from one among the extension part and the facing wall part to the other; and annular fitting grove sections (48, 53) which is formed on the other and to which the protrusion sections are fitted when connecting the motor holder and the fan casing. The protrusion sections and the fitting groove sections are structured such that the contact load acting on at least a portion of a part located at non-attachment parts (452B, 52B) interposed between the attachment parts neighboring each other in the circumferential direction among the plurality of attachment parts is larger than the contact load acting on parts located at the plurality of attachment parts.
