Abstract:
Disclosed is an electric brazier with an actively adjustable overhead heat source, comprising an electric heater (1) and a griddle (2) carrying a grill rack, wherein the electric heater (1) is located above the griddle (2), an offset support device (3) is provided on the griddle (2) and fixedly connected to the electric heater (1), and the overhead electric heater (1) is provided above the griddle (2), reducing the oil fumes produced from the barbecue oil drip while the overhead electric heater (1) can provide the same area of heat radiation as existing electric braziers with an underneath heat source, guaranteeing grilling effects. The electric heater (1) placed overhead heats the surface of food from above, which is convenient for observing the cooking surface and advantageous for turning food over for grilling in a timely manner.
