Abstract:
Disclosed is an underframe structure for an overhead heat source type brazier, solving the technical problem of the current lack of underframe structures for overhead heat source type braziers. The structure comprises a base (1) and a grill plate (2), wherein the base is of a plastic material and a metal plate (3) is provided in the centre thereof. A long strip-shaped hole (14) is provided on the metal plate and a metal support member (4) able to slide in the long strip-shaped hole is provided on the metal plate. The grill plate is supported on the metal support member. An edge of the underframe structure is of a plastic material with a poor heat-conducting effect, a metal part is provided at the point of support of the grill plate with good resistance to high temperatures, preventing users from scalding themselves upon contact with the base while preventing loss of heat. A grill plate oil guide channel is provided to guide waste oil out of the grill plate, preventing waste oil from being deposited. The support area for the grill plate is small, so the rate of heat loss is low. Sliding and rotation of the grill plate are reliable, meeting user requirements for moving the grill plate out of or into the cooking area or rotating to select food or select the cooking temperature, when grilling.
