Abstract:
The present invention improves the usability of an electric characteristic acquisition apparatus. This electric characteristic acquisition apparatus is configured such that a condition for acquiring the electric characteristics of an object can be inputted by an operator, and the electric characteristics of an object are acquired under the inputted condition. For example, when a condition for acquiring the nominal value of the object is inputted as the condition for acquiring the electric characteristics of the object, erroneous determination that the object is not an electric component corresponding to the nominal value, which is caused by a difference in the condition, or erroneous determination that the object is defective, which is caused by a difference between values indicating the electric characteristics of the object and the nominal value being larger than an allowable limit of error, can be prevented, and the usability of the electric characteristic acquisition apparatus can be improved.
