Abstract:
An electric composite heat oven with a sight window for a transparent planar heating element of the present invention has a structure in which one pair of heater heating elements are installed on front and rear sidewalls of a cooking chamber of an enclosure to be lower than the top of a cooking vessel, and the transparent planar heating element is installed in an opening of the cooking chamber of the enclosure. Therefore, since radiation heat can actively control various disturbances occurring during cooking depending on changes in an installation location and temperature, the electric composite heat oven may shorten a cooking time but also provide optimum firepower depending on a food article.
