Abstract:

Provided is an electric desalting and dewatering system for crude oil in an oil refinery. The system comprises a crude oil storage tank (1), a vehicle-mounted mobile electrostatic demulsifier (2), a stubborn emulsion and oily sludge treatment mechanism (3), an electric desalting system, an atmospheric and vacuum tower top circulating oil electrostatic desalting mechanism, and a residual oil electrostatic desalting device (11). A bottom oily sludge layer and an emulsion layer of a stubborn emulsion which are formed by means of accumulation over a long period of time in an oil storage tank used for storing crude oil are irregularly treated by means of the stubborn emulsion and oily sludge treatment mechanism (3); the settling separation of the crude oil storage tank is replaced by means of a cyclic treatment process of the vehicle-mounted mobile electrostatic demulsifier (2), so as to realize a rapid crude oil dewatering and deslagging process, such that the settling separation time of heavy and inferior crude oil in a tank area is greatly shortened; by means of direct treatment of the equipment, vicious circulation of the stubborn emulsion in the system is avoided, and the operation fluctuation of electric desalting is reduced; and by means of the heat exchange of a water injection line, the water injection temperature is increased, the sewage discharge temperature is reduced, thorough energy utilization is achieved, and resources and energy are fully utilized and saved on.
