Abstract:
Disclosed is an electric device provided with a supporting substrate (12), an electric circuit (14) that is disposed within a sealing region set upon the supporting substrate (12), electric wiring that electrically connects an external electric signal input-output source to the electric circuit (14) upon the supporting substrate (12), a sealing member (16) that is provided upon the supporting substrate (12) in a manner surrounding the sealing region, and a sealing substrate (17) that is adhered to the supporting substrate (12) with the sealing member (16) therebetween. The electric circuit (14) is equipped with an electronic element (24) having an organic layer, and the width of the sealing member (16) differs in plan view between intersection regions in which the electric wiring (15) and the sealing member (16) intersect and non-intersection regions that exclude the intersection regions.
