Abstract:
An end-face wall (15) of a motor housing (11) which is located on the side opposite to an output part (14) of a rotary shaft (23) of an electric motor has formed thereon heat dissipating parts (15A, 15B) for transferring, to the motor housing (11), the heat generated by at least an electric power conversion circuit unit (16). A part of a synthetic resin that covers the electric power conversion circuit unit (16) has formed thereon positioning projection portions (16P) which serve as a positioning unit to be positioned by substrate fixing parts (26A, 26B) formed on the end-face wall (15) of the motor housing (11). This configuration enables positioning of the electric power conversion circuit unit (16) using the existing substrate fixing parts (26A, 26B), thereby allowing a reduction in external appearance without having to additionally provide a special positioning mechanism.
