Abstract:
Provided are an electric field-type oil emulsification reverser and a method for use thereof, comprising a machine base (1), an oil–water separation labyrinth screen (2) arranged running through the machine base (1), a pair of mesh electrodes (3) located on the top and bottom sides of the oil–water separation labyrinth screen (2), an air-permeable discs (4) located on the upper and lower sides of the mesh electrode (3), the air-permeable discs (5) being pressed against a locking cover (6) of the mesh electrodes (3) from the upper and lower sides, respectively, by means of a pressure-equalizing seal (5). The electric field-type oil emulsification reverser employs a high-frequency pulsating electric field and a labyrinth-type molecular sieve filter to achieve the segregation and stratification of excess water vapor condensation contained in a lubrication system of a compressor and high-frequency electric-field induction heating evaporation to remove it, completing the separation of oil and water in an emulsified lubricating oil and restoring the quality of the lubricating oil.
