Abstract:
An electric heating-type oil emulsion reverser, comprising: a machine base (1) provided with a longitudinal through hole inside and mesh holes on an outer peripheral ring surface; an oil-water separating spiral pipe sieve (2) with two ends embedded in the center of the machine base (1) through an inner sealing ring (4); a heating coil (3) wound around the periphery of the oil-water separating spiral pipe sieve (2); an end cap (6) in threaded connection with an outlet end of the machine base (1) by means of an outer sealing ring (5); and a filter screen (8) arranged at the center of the end cap (6) through a filter-screen sealing ring (7). Provided is a use method of the electric heating-type oil emulsion reverser. The reverser heats a spiral pipe-type molecular sieve through an electric heating wire, heats and removes water vapor condensation contained in lubricating oil in a lubricating system of a compressor, completes oil-water separation in the emulsified lubricating oil, and renews the quality of the lubricating oil, thereby overcoming the emulsion of the lubricating oil caused by the water vapor condensation in the compressor, and ensuring reliable lubrication and safe and efficient operation of the compressor.
