Abstract:
An electric field unit (100), an electric field processing device (2), and a clean environment system. The electric field unit (100) comprises a first electrode (10) and a second electrode (20) which are used for forming an electric field. A gas flow channel (30) which allows gas to pass through and performs electric field treatment is formed between the first electrode (10) and the second electrode (20). The electric field unit (100) satisfies one or more of the following conditions, and/or have one or more of the following features: a first condition is that the second electrode (20) is a hollow tube, and the inscribed circle diameter thereof is less than or equal to 30 mm; a second condition is that the length of the second electrode (20) is less than 80 mm; a third condition is that the outer diameter of the first electrode (10) is less than or equal to 2 mm; a first feature is that the electric field strength of the electric field unit (100) is less than 0.95 KV/mm; a second feature is that power consumed by the gas passing through each square meter of the gas flow channel (30) cross-section is less than or equal to 15 W; and a third feature is that the second electrode (20) is a hollow tube, a gas flow channel (30) is formed between the first electrode (10) and the inner surface of the second electrode (20), the first electrode (10) discharges to the inner surface of the second electrode (20), and the current of each square meter of the inner surface of the second electrode is less than or equal to 0.6 mA.
