Abstract:
Disclosed is an electric motor rotor cooling system of an electric drive assembly. The electric motor rotor cooling system comprises a pump, an oil pan, an electric motor rotor and a reducer hollow input shaft. The electric motor rotor comprises an electric motor rotor laminated core and an electric motor hollow rotating shaft. An oil suction port of the pump is immersed in the oil pan, and an oil outlet of the pump is connected to the reducer hollow input shaft in a sealed manner. The reducer hollow input shaft is inserted into an inner hole of the electric motor hollow rotating shaft, and the reducer hollow input shaft is connected to the electric motor hollow rotating shaft by means of a spline structure. An oil channel is arranged inside the electric motor rotor laminated core. The electric motor hollow rotating shaft is respectively provided with a front-row oil outlet and a rear-row oil return port that are in communication with the oil channel. The front-row oil outlet is in communication with one end of the reducer hollow input shaft, and the rear-row oil return port is in communication with the oil pan by means of a gap between the electric motor hollow rotating shaft and the reducer hollow input shaft, and the spline structure in sequence. According to the present invention, by means of a built-in cooling liquid loop, a heat exchange area between a cooling liquid and the electric motor rotor is increased, thereby greatly improving the cooling efficiency, and efficiently achieving cooling liquid circulation.
