Abstract:
Disclosed are a high-speed rotor punching sheet and a rotor structure, comprising a rotor punching sheet, the middle of the rotor punching sheet being provided with a rotating shaft hole, a plurality of two-in-one magnetic pole slot structures being distributed uniformly in the circumferential direction of the rotor punching sheet, each two-in-one magnetic pole slot structure comprising a first large magnetic steel slot, a second large magnetic steel slot, a first small magnetic steel slot, a second small magnetic steel slot, an first air magnetic isolation slot, and a second air magnetic isolation slot, the first small magnetic steel slot and the second small magnetic steel slot being positioned on the outer side of the first large magnetic steel slot and the second large magnetic steel slot, the first air magnetic isolation slot being positioned on one side of the first large magnetic steel slot and the second air magnetic isolation slot being positioned on one side of the second large magnetic steel slot, a strip-shaped first reinforcing rib being formed between the first large magnetic steel slot and the second large magnetic steel slot, and a strip-shaped second reinforcing rib being formed between the first small magnetic steel slot and the second small magnetic steel slot. The present technique uses a two-in-one magnetic pole slot structure and increases the mechanical strength of the rotor by means of adding the reinforcing ribs, thereby increasing the running speed of the motor; and is highly reliable, avoiding the problems of bore sweeping and magnetic steel flying out when the motor runs at high speed.
