Abstract:
An electric motor (1) includes: an annular stator (3) mounted within a tubular body portion (2B); a rotor (7) arranged in rotatable fashion radially within the stator (3); and a rear flange (2R) having a power supply cable through-hole (12) through which passes a power supply cable (6) leading from a coil (4) with which the stator (3) is provided, mounted at one end of the body portion (2B). The stator (3) and the rear flange (2R) are capable of rotation about the central axis (Zr) of rotation of the rotor (7) and permit alteration of the position of the power supply cable (6) that leads from the coil (4) and the position of the power supply cable through-hole (12) in the circumferential direction of the body portion (2B).
