Abstract:
An individual ECU (11a) controls electric power feed performed over an electric wire W. A microcontroller (21) of the individual ECU (11a) raises the average value of an electric wire current value of current flowing over the electric wire W in stages. Each time the average value of the electric wire current value is raised, the microcontroller (21) determines whether or not there is an abnormality occurring in electric power feed over the electric wire (W), on the basis of difference in temperature between the electric wire temperature of the electric wire (W) and the ambient temperature in the vicinity of the electric wire (W).
