Abstract:
An electric power steering device employing bevel gears, according to the present invention, comprises: a gear unit which converts rotational driving power into linear movement for steering; a drive unit which transmits rotational driving power to the gear unit; and a bevel gear unit which includes a first bevel gear rotated along with the rotation of a steering wheel and a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear, wherein the second bevel gear of the bevel gear unit is disposed on one side of the bevel gear unit, opposite to the side where the drive unit is disposed.
