Abstract:
The present invention provides an electric rice cooker for uniformly transmitting heat to a material to be cooked through a method of direct conduction, convection and radiation by comprising an inner pot made of a material radiating far infrared rays. The electric rice cooker according to the present invention comprises: a main body having an inner space and provided with a built-in heating means; an inner pot, which is positioned in the inner space of the main body to be heated by the heating means, for radiating far infrared rays; and a lid, which is hingedly coupled to the upper portion of the main body, for opening/closing the main body, wherein a material of the inner pot is quartz.
