The objective of the invention is to provide an electric stimulation device capable of applying enough electric stimuli to an arbitrary location on a hand. This electric stimulation device includes: a graspable casing formed to be elongated; an electrode unit disposed on the outer surface of the casing, the electrode unit comprising a first electrode and a second electrode formed at a position surrounding the first electrode; and signal output means housed in a first housing section in the interior of the casing, outputting a pulse signal to the electrode unit. In the casing length direction, when one end portion of the casing, the other end portion of the casing, one end portion of the second electrode, and the other end portion of the second electrode, are defined respectively as a first casing end portion, a second casing end portion, a first electrode end portion, and a second electrode end portion, this electric stimulation device is constituted in such a manner that L2, which is the length from the second casing end portion to the second electrode end portion, is longer than L1, which is the length from the first casing end portion to the first electrode end portion.
