Abstract:
An electric vehicle thermal management system, comprising a plurality of working modes, wherein the plurality of working modes comprise passenger compartment refrigeration, hybrid dual-refrigeration, battery refrigeration, refrigeration and dehumidification, heating and dehumidification, passenger compartment heating, waste heat recovery of a heat pump, independent PTC heating, and battery heating; the system comprises a plurality of loops on hardware connection, and the loops comprise a refrigerant loop (2), an electric motor heat dissipation water loop (1), a battery heat dissipation water loop (4), and a heating water loop (3); each working state corresponds to one or more loops; and the loops are provided with a plurality of devices, and the devices comprise a liquid-cooling heat exchanger for increasing the heat exchange amount of a thermal system, and a highly integrated seven-way valve (35).
