Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to provide an electric wire bundle protecting fixture and a wire harness, which are capable of firmly protecting an exposed portion between a connector and a tubular covering material for an electric wire bundle while securing the degree of freedom of the wire bundle and the tubular covering material, and in which the size of a protected space adapted to the fan-shaped spreading of the exposed portion can be adjusted. The invention comprises a first protecting body (21), a second protecting body (22), and a restraining fixture (23) which restrains the first protecting body (21) and the second protecting body (22) in an engaged state in which they overlap each other. The first protecting body (21) comprises: a first front surface portion and a first back surface portion, which respectively cover the front surface side and the back surface side of the exposed portion (12) while clamping the end portion (14a) of a corrugated tube (14) that covers a plurality of electric wires (11); and a first lateral portion, which covers one lateral side of the exposed portion. The second protecting body (22) comprises: a second front surface portion and a second back surface portion, which overlap with each of the external surfaces of the first front surface portion and the first back surface portion; and a second lateral portion, which covers the other lateral side of the exposed portion (12).
