Abstract:
An electrical connector which improves electrical characteristics at an internal terminal and an electrical connector set equipped with said electrical connector are provided. This electrical connector is equipped with an internal terminal 12, 25 which has a support part 12x, 25x and a plate spring part 12y, 25y arranged between a base mounting part 12a, 25a and a tip part 12b, 25b thereof. The support part is held by an electrically insulating holding member 11, 21; the plate spring part is elastically supported by a support boundary part 12m, 25m positioned on the tip side of the support part and serving as the support fulcrum; and the plate spring part extends from the support boundary part to the tip part, has an external contact part a, and forms an internal contact part b when the plate spring part has come in contact with the support part as the external contact part is pushed toward the support part.
